Being a Taylor Sheridan fan, I have been eagerly awaiting Special Ops: Lioness since I first heard about it. Then I saw the trailers and my excitement only grew. This is definitely another hit in a long line of hits for Sheridan. Everything she does seems to be awesome. It follows the story of Joe (Zoe Saldana) who works for the CIA and their war on terror. Trying to balance her personal and professional life, she recruits an undercover agent named Cruz (Laysla De Oliveira) into the Lioness program to work with her to stop some terrorists. The horror series also stars Morgan Freeman, Nicole Kidman, Michael Kelly, Jill Wagner and LaMonica Garrett.
